Brian Dominick
President & CEO of Anovia Health, MSO

Brian has more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, specialty finance, aviation, and real estate industries. As the founder and CEO of Benvenuto’s Restaurant Group, and a partner and prior director of Aqua Finance Inc., Mr. Dominick’s career has led him down many paths. In addition to leadership positions in hospitality and finance, his experiences include: President of Old Hickory Golf Club, aviation operations, real estate development, airport commissioner, and board positions in media and non-profit organizations. In addition, Mr. Dominick often advises businesses on operations, human resource planning, efficiencies, financial performance, and strategic growth.

Brian Erdmann
MD, President of Anovia Health, SC

Dr. Erdmann earned his B.S. degree from UW-Stevens Point where he was awarded the Chancellor’s Leadership Award and is a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee and has served as medical director for the Sokaogon Chippewa Nation in Mole Lake, WI. Dr. Erdmann’s clinical experiences include: Forest County Potowatomi Health and Wellness Center in Crandon, the Wausau VA Clinic, Ministry, and Aspirus. Lastly, he currently serves as the spokesperson for the Free Market Medical Association - Wisconsin Chapter and is a member of the Assoc. of American Physicians and Surgeons.

Ken Strmiska
VP & Chief Operating Officer Anovia Health, MSO

Ken has held leadership positions in the non-profit sector for the past 30 years focusing on community development, education, and national associations. He was past president of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, Managing Director Community Foundation Services at the Council on Foundations, Vice-President for Advancement, Innovation & Strategy at Lakeland College and the Vice-President Philanthropy & Donor Stewardship at the EAA Aviation Foundation. Ken holds undergraduate and masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a doctorate in education from North Carolina State University.

Sabina Singh
MD, VP & Chief Medical Officer, SC

Is a board certified Family Practice physician who has served with Bellin Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Kaiser Permanente in Washington, DC, and Raleigh Family Medicine. She has been the President of the Bellin Medical Group, President of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians, and served on the Bellin Hospital board of directors. Sabina has been an advocate for innovation in medical care and has been a past participant in several Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) programs. Dr. Singh has undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed residency at the Wake Forest Bowman Grey School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC.

Kim Erdmann
MD, Founder & Board Member , MSO

Dr. Erdmann earned her B.S. degree from UW-La Crosse Honors Program, medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin Medical School, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. She and her husband, Dr. Brian Erdmann, founded Priority Medical Partners in Rhinelander, WI in 2016 to focus on delivering healthcare solutions that promote patient/doctor communication, higher quality care, and mutual satisfaction. In addition to being a clinician, she also oversees the business operations of Priority Medical Partners.

Tim Day
Board Member

Tim Day has more than 35 years experience in various business ventures. Over the last twenty years, he has been a partner in a private equity firm that has acquired and managed a portfolio of successful U.S. manufacturing companies. His expertise includes business valuation, mergers and acquisition, and financial consulting services.

Prior to his current position, Tim was the chief financial officer of a health insurance company, from its inception in 1988 to its sale and listing on the New York Stock Exchange in 1998. The company achieved annual sales in excess of $1 billion during his tenure.

Day is also a board member for several northeast Wisconsin non-profit organizations. These include the Cornerstone Foundation of Northeast Wisconsin, the N.E.W. Community Shelter Foundation, Encompass Early Education and Childcare, Weyers Family Foundation, Junior Achievement, Green Bay Symphony Orchestra, Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, Family Violence Center, and the Weyers and Hilliard Freedom Fund. Tim also volunteers for Residential Care for the Developmentally Disabled, Friends of Scouting, and Special Olympics. He and his wife, Cathie, have two adult children and four grandchildren.

Tim Kneeland
Board Member

Tim Kneeland is a 25-year risk management professional specializing in mid-sized manufacturing firms based in Northeast Wisconsin. As such, he has extensive experience managing the development and growth of independent insurance agencies. As an owner and president, he has experience with the challenges of building a business from the ground up-including business lifecycle and divestiture. Tim has also served as an advisory board member of a TPA firm.

In addition to his business ventures, Mr. Kneeland has served on the boards of directors of the Greater Green Bay YMCA (including board chair) and the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. Tim and his family have also created a charitable organization that provides scholarships to middle and high school students living in rural Guatemala. Tim and his wife, Lori, live in De Pere, WI and have four children.

Pete Knox
Board Member

Peter Knox was associated with Bellin Health System in Green Bay, Wisconsin in a variety of leadership roles for more than 34 years. As the executive vice president and chief learning and innovation officer, Bellin participated in many national healthcare improvement and quality initiatives. As a result, Bellin was often recognized nationally for superior results. Mr. Knox was responsible for population health strategies, physician networks, employer strategies, learning and innovation, and execution of strategy.

Today, he is a consultant for health care and non-health care organizations and is a senior fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). His book titled The Business of Healthcare is used by a number of universities and organizations across the country, and he is currently working on a second book The Strategy Execution Playbook.
